| What to do about bad Supervisor? We have a super at my job that is rude, unprofessional and just lazy. She is also aggressive and yells at her subordinates everyday. She even invited another super out to the parking lot to fight! I turned her into the state board, I hope they do something with her. She doesnt deserve to be a nurse |

Mood:  | Re: What to do about bad Supervisor? That kind of behavior needs to be written up, and reported to HER supervisor, or to administrators at your facility. Inviting someone outside to fight??? VERY unprofessional!

Mood:   | Re: What to do about bad Supervisor? I wonder if the Admin. already knows?! Of course, you'd hear the old standard of 'It's so hard to find help' and all that BS. The way things sound, one day, she'll want to 'take it to the parking lot', someone will take her up, and she will NOT get up without help. Of course, the other person would be in bigger trouble.  I agree...not too professional. |
