hey you wouldn't be referring to those OBNOXIOUS and arrougant beings than look down their nose when one asks a very dumb question like - well how about a diet order? I think that they all went to school on the East coast - they give a couple special classes here - walking on water 101 and parting the waters 102. Having worked across this fine country I can pinpoint one of these graduates anywhere. If they move west - there are those who will try to copy them but can just never get it down quite right. Nope - East Coast Gods stick out like a sore thumb

I had to bring in a fistula needle to show him how deep to put the grafts and to bring the veins up so we could cannulate our ESRD patients.. And I didn't charge a consultation fee..What was I thinking.
