What do you do when you have a traveling company who does not pay you on time, holds out deductions that are supposed to be covered by the company, and refuse to address these issues

Sorry to hear about your troubles- been there done that ask your recruiter if that is who you are dealing with for her supervisor and then go up the food chain if you don't get results.As for deductions that weren't supposed to be taken out check your contract they are very sneaky these travel companies if you are correct underline and send--- then remind them that you won't be traveling with them next assignment and you'll let all the RN's you know hear about your problems w/ this company. The company that abused me was Intellistaf- I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy :luck:

if after doing the things travellingjew suggested, contact the labor board in the state where your assignmen was.

It is seldom that the normal "chain of command" will be adheared to by the agency. Why waste words and emotional energy?????? DO NOT PASS GO (remember monopoly?) YOU WILL GO DIRECTLY TO YOUR OWN PERSONAL JAIL IF YOU DO NOT GO DIRECTLY TO THE LABOR BOARD!!!!!:luck:
