Mondays..they bite the big one!

Hey, we all know Mondays stink. So.....had to get it outta my system and RANT, RANT, RANT!

Oh no, Monday's are good here. It is the weekend when all your Nurse Aides call in that really stink! Let's see, do nursing care, give meds, change beds, give bath, change beds again and clean a little poop, fill ice buckets, change bed, give meds late, change beds.....

But didn't we nurses do that in school? I know....only to one or two patients; NOT a whole slew.

Monday's are pretty good in my L&D world it's Friday's that are bad where I'm at as that's the day docs schedule all of ther GYN surgery so the office is closed and everybody thinks they are in labor on Mondays they go to the office if the made it through the weekend then they get scheduled for induction later in the week.
