I'm a nurse but not working at the bedside anymore. I have a room available for a travel nurse with a Kansas City contract. It would only be worth it for you if you are working at North Kansas City hospital (live 15 mins away).
Quiet neighborhood-Backyard, garage, private bedroom(furnished if needed). Full bath (guest bathroom) available Basement storage available.
Can negotiate reasonable rates for the area but looking for around $500 to room, cover cable, internet, electricity. Will split gas and water which is usually $60/month for a single person.
Home gym equipment available.
