    Pych Care Plans

    I am still kinda new here so I'm learning my way around slowly. Hi to each and every student out there and good luck to you all. I would appreciate some advice on where to find the best guide for psych care plans. If anyone can help please let me know. Thanks ....Jeff

    Hi Jeff...
    I'd recommend the All-In-One Care Planning Resource: Medical-Surgical, Pediatric, Maternity, and Psychiatric Nursing Care Plans (since it would be the most cost effective resource book for your money as a student since you can make use of it for all your clinical rotations rather than JUST psych) & it's reasonably priced.
