Robert Gates is giving the president his daily briefing. He concludes by saying: "Yesterday, 3 Brazilian soldiers were killed."

"OH NO!" the President exclaims. "That's terrible!"

His staff sits stunned at this display of emotion, nervously watching as the President sits, head in hands.

Finally, the President looks up and asks, "How many is a brazillion?"

I have to agree with Mag....It's a very painful situation. I love President Bush and I love the soldiers that are fighting for peace and serving our country. They are doing what they belive in, how many people today can stand tall and walk in what they believe in instead of lip service.......Thank you to all the servicemen and women for serving our country. I pray that the Lord will guide you all, protect you and bring you home safe.

I cannot tell you enough how much your kind words of support mean to me. We have recently been hit with mortars three times this past week.

Frankly, I'm a little surprised of what little support I've received from this site regards to my current deployment. I had hoped my request for care packages would have been more receptive. Cat was the only one to send me a care pkg., which was highly appreciated.
