| Newby LVN/LPN Here Howdy! I'm a from one of the two states that calls the LPN a licensed vocational nurse. The training is a year long. After the year is successfully completed, the student has the opportunity to take the NCLEX. If/when that is passed, he can then try to get into an articulation program (LVN/LPN to RN). I am very happy with the course. I work part time at a local hospital in Southern California as a CNA and am getting plenty of on-the-job training. BTW, I'm new to this forum. |
