| LPN positons I know there is a need for LPNs in nursing homes but what other type of settings can a LPN work in? Can they work in neonatal? |

| Re: LPN positons LPNs can work in a lot of settings depending upon the policies of the facility you are working for. I was an LPN and worked in hospitals, nursing homes, jails, I was a school nurse briefly and I also worked in jails. |

| Re: LPN positons It depends where you are nursing because where I am from the USVI LPN are allowed to work in neonatal unit but of course you must have the specialization such as neonatal ACLS and the necessary training. |
