After you came out of nuseing school was it hard to ge a job?

It wasn't for me but that was a few years ago. There is still a nursing shortage but in the area I'm in we're only at 2% vacancy rate so it's not bad here. If you can get in to some internship during school I'd think it would be easier to get a job if you have your foot in the door someplace. Also be active in school to have more things to put on your application. I'm also teaching nursing clinicals and graded the first batch of papers last night and they left something to be desired in spelling, grammar etc...remember papers for school are not e-mails to your friends and neatness counts there
