Hmm, that's not what you said anytime I complained before. I was hung up on or ignored. I guess now that you see I am telling others about my experience (and possibly driving business away) you are suddenly concerned, and of course this is a public nurses forum, not a phone call from a customer who already paid for your services.

There were no "misunderstandings" on my part, as much as you want to make it appear that way. There were lies told to me in the seminar, and important information omitted. I'm sorry to say that, but it's the truth.

However, I will call you.
