Student looking for some stories

I am an LPN-BSN student doing a paper on impaired nurses and I am looking for Registered Nurses who could give me info on their addiction as to how it began, it's effect on your job, family, etc, right up to if they are currently in recovery, etc. Anything you think would be helpful to know as a nsg student.
In my paper I am supposed to interview someone that's the only reason I am asking this or believe me I would not be asking this of you.
I appreciate any of your help-
And God Bless you all - Keep up the good work in recoveryfor those in recovery and those on the way to recovery keep fighting you can do it.

I would be happy to speak with you. You are doing a good thing. If I can do anything to help another nurse not go where I have been, I will do it.
