    Smile Fraud Question

Hi everyone. I am posting this to get some feedback.

A friend provided information to an employer that she had her masters. she did not have it completed. She resigned the offered position since she knew she had committed fraud. She used "ethical" reason. Should she self report to the board?

    Unhappy Re: Fraud Question

Report what? She corrected the error by resigning, effectively punishing herself. I think it would be cutting her nose off to spite her face to report to the board at this point. It really is up to her whether or not she wishes to continue with career suicide.

    Re: Fraud Question

This nurse committed MISREPRESENTATION. So, being the nurse quit, nothing else should happen because the hospital staff has no need to continue looking for credentials...
