Does anyone know what generally happens if you violate your contract by refusing a tox screen. i didn't refuse one, but i know that is how it will be perceived, and they will probably consider that a positive test.

If you didn't refuse a drug screen then why do you think it will be perceived like that? The worst thing you can do is panic. If you are panicking you can't think clearly.
