10pm here. Not in TX but haveing thunderstorms tonight in S. Ind.
Had a crappy day at work fell like I didn't give good care just running through the motions. 14 patients with me and a LPN 5 of them fresh post ops of today plus 2 pretty sickly ones from a couple of days ago, spinal headache so had to do a blood patch PLUS a meeting I had to go to for an hour so had somebody else doing things to make it more disorganized. Maybe I'll be sick tomorrow....I won't say I never call in but my legs are swollen after not sitting all day except the 2 potty breaks LOL
If your feet look and feel like footballs.....I would say call in.
I'm curious, is this an "girls only" morning thread?

Note the reference to TX in this thread and Saturday's. Don't know anyone else crazy enough to head to the state right now, but when Duty calls--ya gotta answer.Maybe you shoulda joined the USN?
