Just wanted to say

That my dad passed away this morning at 9:20 am after a 3 year battle with colon cancer. I got to spend some quality sober time with him in the last two weeks due to a positive Etg that took me off work for ten days. It was termed incidental but my point is that everything happens as part of God's design. This was just a case in point. I am truely fortunate that this diversion program - pain that it is sometimes- helped bring me to my knees and into sobriety so that I could make amends with my dad before he died.

Peace abd Namaste

Re: Just wanted to say

Hi Happy,

I'm so sorry to read about your Dad's passing. I'm glad that you got to spend that time with him at the end. It does sound like God's hand was at work there. I pray too, that now that your father has passed and you're in that bleak, post funeral, period, you will continue to reach out for God's hand and let him hold you up. Stay strong in God's presence. We're here for you too.

Pax Christi,

R
