Indiana Attorney General on my case!

I'm wondering if anybody can help me? I received a letter from the Indiana Attorney General's Office with a complaint against me. I have to respond - NOW. I asked ISNAP (my state's nurse's assistance program) who told me she didn't know how I should respond, that I should talk to a nurse who has retained an attorney or who has had to respond to the attorney general. So does anybody know if I should admit everything to the Attorney General? I don't think the A.G. really gives a crap about my recovery, they just want their witch hunt, so would it behoove me to... do what??? I just don't know. Help friends! Please. By the way, I AM guilty, but should I tell them that?

I would advise you to seek the advise of an attorney familiar with these proceedings before dealing with this. Your post indicates that you are not necessarily in the right place to act in your own best interests. I read all your other posts, from what I can tell, I think that you are being monitored by ISNAP?? If so, this is in your favor.

I am not familiar with IN BON, but it is common in all states to investigae you when you are reported to them by an employer. Hiring an lawyer who has worked with nurses and the BON is always a good move, but is also expensive and in many cases, not affordable.

Not knowing all the facts, I cannot give my opinion for fear that it would be incorrect. If you want to share some more details including, if you went to treatment, are going to meetings, are not using, etc,, I maybe could give some basic advice.
