Hi everyone, here is my situation. I went to court today and pled no contest to att. to obtain cont. sub. by fraud. My sentence is 18 months drug offender probation (not drug court . i have to report 1x a month to a probation officer, cant go to bars no weapons....no problem) ive been in FL IPN since 7-06 after completing 4 months of out patient tx. My probation officer said I could ask for early release in 9 months and get record expunged as long as I dont violate. I have been clean for 16 months. The BON reinstated my license du to IPN compliance. They were aware of the allegation. I pled no contest then also. My lawyer says she has to report the felony arrest to the BON. Will I lose my license again even though I am IPN compliant. Aslo is it possible to work as a nurse while on probation. Im so confused please help
