Free at Last

JUst went to DEc yesturday and I am done with diversion after 4 long years of drug tests, false ETG's and dirty looks from DEC memebrs - I am done free and clear with completion papers in hand.

Of course - I'm headed back to school to get my Master's in Nursing education - then on to teaching and giving back to the next generation.

If anyone is interested in recovery, diversion, how to get through it etc... just post a message here and I will respond - Don't know that I would have survived it if not for the support I received from the good folks on sites like this. If you're currently in Diversion, peer assistance or whatever they call it in your state just remember as long as you work a strong program of recovery and follow direction no matter how stupid that direction seems - this too shall pass! You will have your life back!
