can nurses take suboxone?

hi--i live in nashville and will soon be having the initial evaluation for tnpap. i am still taking subutex and have been doing great on it--the best i have felt in 20 years. i had a severe opiate addiction that began over 20 years ago. the day i started sub. the cravings stopped--period--absolutely stopped. sub has saved my life literally. i am seeing an addictionologist that is a great doctor who really cares and we are starting to taper down the sub this week. but i am not ready to stop yet and he agrees. he said he has nurses on sub that are working on a tnpap contract but when i called tnpap they said they did not want their nurses to take sub--but they didn't say NO either. i can't get a straight answer from anyone--does anyone know anything about this? thanks for any info!
