I'm nurse from Poland. Looking informations about burnout in medical jobs. Interesting what doing HR, employer to be stop this problem. In my county job burnout it's new, I'm study at Universyty. I hope for advice and articules about it.

With diploma in hand, the idealistic student ventured into the world to comfort sick people.
