| another update to my positive amphetamine Yay!!! I realized the culprit that caused my positive amphetamine in the DUA. Allegra - duh! It has pseudophedrine in it. Didn't even occur to me to check the ingredients for that once I tested positive - stupid/stupid/stupid!!! :frustrated: Benadryl for allergies is on the BON's "do not use list" so my doctor gave me some samples of Allegra. I took one not even thinking to check the active ingredients in it - and had forgotten I'd even taken one. Well...a lesson learned. I guess I really need to check every little thing before I ingest it and not take anything for granted. I'm just so glad I figured out what the culprit was  |
