| Searching for medical - legal advice I want to start a nursing service business and am having difficulty attaining legal help to advise me on the medical-legal aspects regarding scope of practice. I have tried emailing several nurse attorneys in my state of California without success. I have contacted the nursing board by phone and also wrote a letter to obtain written authorization of some type before launching forward. Does anyone else have any suggestions as to getting help in the legal world regarding interpretting the business and professional codes of the law? |

| Re: Searching for medical - legal advice searching for an attorney who is very savvy with medical legal lines. The business and professional code of law of California is not as a definitive as it should be. A nurse attorney (I would think), would have more insite, I hope. My first step is to protect my license with legal advice. |
