Advise for student needed from educators please

I had an interesting site e-mail this morning that I need some expert advise from you educators, so if anyone has a good answer for this lady please write her because I don't have one for her and am afraid I'd merely be able to tell her to have the student check her college for any available resources if any exist.... here's the situation:

I have been contacted by a 56 year old lady who completed a LVN trg. but was
discharged from the program due to a report written by a supervisor. She is
appealing it and requests support from someone so she is allowed to explain
her side of the story. She does not agree with what was written in the
report. I can forward letters and reports that explain the situation.

Please call me with a resource that might help her. She attended San Jose,
CA Mission (Community) College. She wants to appeal this week so is pressed
for assistance.

Thank you,

Personally, besides sitting down one to one with the instructor or supervisor who wrote the negative report to discuss it, then speaking with her instructor personally as well, I don't know what else to suggest. We all know that clinical grading is highly subjective at times. If any of you have any beneficial suggestions to make please write or call the person who wrote me, and I'll let her know that I posted this here so she can check for replies as well.

Thanks in advance!
Sara
