Univ of Texas Men in Nursing Revised Study

Hi everyone,

For some reason the link to the University of Texas (IRB approved) study on men and nursing that was posted earlier, was inaccurate or not working. The link can be found at:

http://www.hostedsurvey.com/takesurv...?c=MaleNu91235

I truly appreciate anyone's efforts to complete this short study and/or pass it on to others. In short, it will be addressing factors that predict work and life satisfaction and perceived experiences of gender discrimination among men in the nursing profession. I will be sharing the results with the forum participants and hopefully at a future AAMN conference. I'm confident the results will eventually be published as well.. Thanks so much for your time and cooperation.

Just completed the survey and it didn't hurt a bit. I encourage other men to contribute, this is one of the few times you will be asked for your opinion on some of these topics.

Good luck, arochlen! Seeing as you are a Psych professor, maybe you can drop a few insightful hints to us someday.

I haven't started working yet, so my only experiences are related to schooling and clinicals. Would that be acceptable for the study?
