| Sanitary You know, unless you dip it in blood or someone has an emesis bout on it it is ok. They are made to wash with laundry. But have you ever thought about your carpet in your home or the floor board of your car or truck. Cause that is probably the most dirtiest part. Your shoes walk around the hospital and you never wash the bottom of your shoes. I wouldn't worry cause even if you wash it you should be ok. I have never heard of someone getting sick cause of their stethoscope cover. No worries!!!! I have been wearing mine for a year in the ems field and i have not gotton sick. |
