New Member and where can i get some MALE scrubs Yo dudes, i am a nursing student (2nd year) in Toronto,ONT (Canada). I have a few male friends who have been nursing for a while and i am loving the profession. It has many opportunites etc...!!! haha What has been on my nerves is these feminine unisex scrubs i have to wear to clinical. I HATE V-NECK I am wondering if there are any websites where i can order MALE scrubs, NOT unisex scrubs.

| Admin aka Shortbus | you can buy male scrubs online but I don't know that I've ever seen scrubs that weren't v neck scrubs. I'm pretty sure you're either looking at women's scrubs, or unisex scrubs. Just did a google search for mens scrub tops and all I can come up with are V neck scrubs. I'd just try wearing a white T shirt under my scrub top. |

Re: New Member and where can i get some MALE scrubs My biggest thing is the fabric. I'm really picky with the fabric; cannot work effectively if I'm itchy. I like those super broken in hospital scrubs that are almost have the microfiber or silky texture. If you are like me, my suggestion is to invest in custom-made scrubs. You can pick the textile and have someone do it for you. I had a CNA who used to work at Vogue Magazine as a tailor, made a couple of scrub sets for me for Christmas...complete with cargo pockets ready for combat!

Re: New Member and where can i get some MALE scrubs i am on here trying to find where to find stylish scrubs--i am a hospice nurse and am out in the public all day and often meet my wife for dinner after work. i want something i am comfortable wearing anywhere i like the aviator pants,BUT i saw a girl with what looked almost like a karate outfit, but they were scrubs, unisex looking too, - hoping there is a male version out there and i can find them.

Re: New Member and where can i get some MALE scrubs i recommend d-i-c-k-ies brand. (haha, the site wants to censor that name) check out their website. their stonewashed collection has nice drawstring 5 pocket cargo pants. they are high quality too. also try and get your hands on the hospital scrubs. they are the best material around, been washed and washed to perfection. easiest way is from the OR.

Re: New Member and where can i get some MALE scrubs I get my scrubs through Allheart.com They carry their own line as well as popular brand names. I get their line of scrubs for men. They have 7 pockets. Have elastic and drawstring waist band, and they have a zipper! They are reasonably priced at about $13.00. I wear polo type shirts...but that is acceptable at the hospitals I work at. I am not a big fan of the traditional V-Necks either. Thanks

Re: New Member and where can i get some MALE scrubs The site that I get my scrubs from is ScrubsAndStyle.com. I looked and they have a men's section. You may want to check it out. Let me know what you think.
