| I'm a mature student (3&) in the process of becoming a Peadiatric Nurse in the UK and Im very glad of finding this forum. I will post my views and constructives critiques as soon as I get my head arround this electronic forum and how does it work. Currently Im starting my dissertation and the subject goes around male in nursing such as issues of gender, stereotypes, males are promoted faster than females, and any other controversial issues; could you suggest any research papers relating to the subject. I would very much appreciate as evidence from different perspectives and different national health service provissions vary and a comparison will be interesting and hopefully constructive. Meanwile I congratulate to all those nurses for choosing this magnifficent and rewardinng profession. Regards |
