Visitors will pay to park at hospitals

PARKING charges for patients are to be introduced for the first time next week at Wirral's two main hospitals . People parking at Arrowe Park and Clatterbridge will have to pay 2 for most of the spaces during the daytime. The leader of Wirral Council
