I like the second one the best- it would be suitable for a male or female! The first one isn't too bad, but it seems more feminine with the details around the edge.

I like the second one you posted. It is straight forward, simple, yet appropriate. In some of the earlier pictures the pins had Nurses Caps. Not even female nurses wear caps anymore...so those got to go. They are dated and no longer appropriate for males or females.

What about something that says "RN" or has a caduceus on it? As long as it's not in pastel or other girly colors. Use more masculine colors, like red, blue, green, or black.
