I just finished a contract in Gulf Port, MS with richards. They have yet to pay for my holiday pay, they did pay , I think it was $12.75 per hr and the contract states $38/hr (I have the contract with the exact amounts, and will be glad to scan it and post for all to see) Richards has also NOT repaid me for my airfare. Beth Price the recruiter gave me a song and dance on how the "sign on bonus" was my travel repayment. The bonus was taxed as a bonus. Travel pay is NOT taxed. I will be filing with the Texas Labor board and the IRS. I do not like being taken advantage of nor involved in what looks like shady dealing to me. No one ever mentioned that my Airfare would be taxed or on a pay stub as a "sign on bonus" There is no mention of bonus in the contract.

I would not reccomend this agency.
