Red face What unit is the most favorable for a recent grad

Hi I am a recent grad and I really will like to be an ER Nurse. I have four years of experience as a respiratory therapist working in the ER and various floors. Can my experience get me in the door as an ER nurse or is this wishful thinking?
What unit/floor is more favorable for a new grad to get the most experience without feeling overwhelmed? Plese help!!!!

I don't see why you would have a problem going to the ER right out of college.
