Hi everyone, new to this site, thought maybe by registering and telling my story someone out there might be able to give me some advice. Without mentioning the travel company i WAS with i came back to CA from being back east and started working at Sierrra Nevada Hospital in Grass Valley night shift. First of all, was never told i would be housed an hour away from work.The stress of this has been overwhelming, the drive, staff members, etc. The other day i went to the doctors to find out i had a B/P of 200/110 and was given a note to be off work. Well,,,,,,,,with that i was kicked out of my apt with no place to go and they took my paycheck. The payday before that i was informed that payroll made a mistake and was paying me a different hosp rate from my previous assignment which was higher from day one of this new assingment and left me with 50 bucks!!!. I feel that i might have a lawsuit against this company but don't know where to begin, anybody have any suggestions??. I feel so alone.
