patients bill of rights

hi i am a nursing student and was woundering if you can help me.
1. how do you think the patients bill of rights has affected the way we practice nursing?

2. how about the way we conduct ourselves as nurses?

3. how has it empowered the patient?

4. how has it changed patients expectations?

please help i am stumped
