| LPN & RN Payscale Difference I've seen serval messages that say RNs only get paid $14 an hour, is that a serious statement? - Because @ my local hospital that is the beginning pay for LPNs. Is there a significant difference in pay between RNs & LPNs? Thank you, Sarah |

| Re: LPN & RN Payscale Difference I live in San Diego and there is quite a difference from place to place. A convalescent home I m at now pays 23.00 to new LVN's But San Diegos Childrens Hospital only pays 13.80, however they do start RN's at $30 |
