In which part of the country are you inquiring about and are you asking for a new graduate nurse salary, or one that 20 years experience on board? Or a general average for the United States?

I graduated in 1994 and made 42000 my first yr as a PNP in a private practice in NC. I worked there 4 years and made 56000 when I left. Don't short change yourself!
