Anonymous Senior Member Join Date: Dec 1969 Posts: 1,264	Ibuprophen Dear Nurse, I will have my wisdom teeth extracted on Friday. Afterward my post-op instructions are to take ibuprophen with percocet and penicillian. Though the instructions say to taken 4 (four) Advil every 4 to 6 hours.
