I am a student who has to do a research on my intended career. I wanted to get input about the job from someone who is already in the job. I am looking for information from a registered nurse.
i have several questions that i thought of, but any info would be helpful...
-why did you decide to become an RN
-did you have another career before becoming an RN
-what was the hardest part of school for you
-what is a typical work day like
-are you under a lot of pressure
-is there any take home work
-what kind of professional development opportunities are there in this field
-do you think this field is growing and expanding (if so why)
-is this a secure field
-does this job give you challenges to keep you interested
-do you see yourself doing this job for the rest of your work life (why or why not?)
