Can anyone tell me what computer link I can go to find out correct procedure for trach care. I have had several differant nurses tell me how but not sure they are right. Please help me so the next patient I get with a trach I can do the procedure correctly. I am a LPN that admits she does not know everything but I also know what I have seen being done may not be correcr procedure.

There should be protocols available wherever it is you're working that specify how you are supposed to do trach care according to the policys of your facility. Since you aren't sure you're being told the correct way to do it I advise you to ask for the written protocol and read it.
