foreign nursing grad

Please enlighten me--I am a foreign nursing graduate. I applied for RN licensure in nevada, passed the nclex-rn exam.. but no permanent license yet because i have no SS no.-- Right now I am planning to move to california... How do I apply for a california license? BY exam or by endorsement?

im sure you can always apply by reciprocity, u dont have to take the exam over again. i did that 4x because i always move around when i feel bored.
