Can anyone help me regarding new job offer?

I am an RN/BSN graduated 2003 have been an LPN for 25 plus years and have had much supervisory experience. I have interviewed for a teamleader position i may get the job depending on how the staff receives or approve me. The staff consist of other RNs and CNA and educational coordinator. How should i present myself? How do i make a good impression? This position is on a surgical floor. The previous teamleader was nor well liked because she was accused of not being resourseful and the staff does not want another teamleader.
