Anyone work around Durango/Pagosa Spring, CO?

Can anyone give me an idea how hard it is for an LPN to secure employment in this area? What is the average pay for a nurse that has experience in Med/Surg, Home Health, Medical Stabilization? Is there any facility in the area that will offer relocation bonuses? Would love to move from Oklahoma to this area.
Any information is appreciated.
