travel nurses union, is there such a thing?

My partner and I are travel nurses currently working in California. We travel in an RV and I was told by the manager of the campground where we are currently staying, that we could get a discount if we were members of the Travel Nurse Association, or the Travel Nurses Union. I have never heard of these, is there such a thing? Thanks

    Check out this site:

    http://www.seiu.org/health/nurses/ab...se%5Falliance/

It's part of Service Employees National Union and you may belong to it whether you're a permanent-party nurse in a facility or not. It's for everyone!

The main site for SEIU is:

    Hope this helps, good luck!
