get some NCLEX review books and take a review class. I don't know what all the rules are coming from another country but for the test review books work.

Definitely get a few review books, princeton review, Barrons, AJN, etc.
Go through each questions, look up any terms you don't recognize, concepts you don't remember. You'll be that much more confident when you do take the test.
