Mood:     | Now you can add your UltimateNurse posts to your twitter account! To begin, go to your UserCP and select "Edit Options". Once you are there, simply scroll down to the vbTwitter area and enter your Twitter Username and pass. From that point on, if you want to Tweet a thread, simply click the "Thread Tools" menu above the post and click "Tweet This Thread!", that's it. Simple as that.
