Military Nursing Forum

I am pleased to announce that CPT Cary Barrett a.k.a SoldierNurse, our resident army nurse and military expert is now the moderator of our military nursing section. Since I have been a part of this site, I have yet to see a military question posted that SoldierNurse could not answer.

Myself and the other admins/mods would like to thank you for sharing with us your knowledge and playing such an integral role in UltimateNurse.com. Thanks Cary, you have earned it.

Y'all are most welcome. I am most humbled & pleased to accept this assignment as military nursing moderator. I try my best to answer questions from my own experiences. I have both Reserve Component & Active Component Nursing experience, as well as 15 month deployment in the sandbox. Plus, my son is an MSC (Medical Service Corps) Army officer deployed to Iraq.
If don't know an answer to a specific question I do my best to point in the right direction for a better SME (subject matter expert) than myself.

For my first axn, soon I will be adding a couple of stickys I think would be most helpful for those interested in military nursing.

Re: Military Nursing Forum

I'm back in WI now, as of 3 weeks ago. I loved the city of San Antonio, but HATED my assignment there with a passion. The people I worked with were great, but the way the ER was run was unsafe, and almost unbearable.....
