    Hey

Hi, My name's Scott, I'm 19 and a CNA, I'm going to school working towards a Bachelors RN degree, and then I want to join the Army and hopefully go to school for higher level Nursing, but I saw someone on this forum saying that the army medical facilities are sub-par compared to civilian hospitals, is this true?

It's really he only thing I want to do, I worked in a nursing home and it was okay at first, but it wore on me so bad, and just made me really depressed, and I don't care for how disrespectful co-workers in the hospital setting can be to each other, I just want to be an army nurse.
It's okay to look back, just don't stare.

Hey, Scott; welcome to the site!

Our resident Army nurse, SoldierNurse, should be dropping in sometime soon. He's probably the best one to answer any of your questions on the Army.

Regardless, I hope you drop by often on your chosen path in nursing. I look forward to seeing you around.

BTW....not all nursing homes are bad. I have worked LTC alot, and yess it gets depressing, especially when we lose a favourite resident. Things may change, but if you need to move on for now...so be it.

Yes, I figured he might have contacted you. I wanted to make sure he knew we had a forum section to peruse as well

The more resources he has to work with the better is my view. . .

Yes, by all means he should search this sites military section... WHERE I HAVE REPLIED NUMEROUS TIMES IN THE PAST. LOL, have you counted the number of times Soldiernurse appears in the military forum section?

However, if you think he would be better off surfing the military section, than me directly, then that is certainly your right as SUPER MODERATOR.
