Mood:   | Tracking Accuchecks.... Found this useful in nursing homes: I get ahold of a census sheet, and hi-lite half the patient's name if an accucheck. Front half means 4/5 pm, back half is 8/9 pm. Of course, when it comes down to med pass, I use my pen to cross off when I have done meds. If patient gets meds at 4 AND 9, I only block out what meds have been given. |
