| Why go for a Nurse Practitioner? I read today in Nursing2006 that Nurse Preactitioners are only paid $69,000 per year on average. Wow, is anyone else saddened by this? NP even write prescriptions! I am really considering going further than ADN, but why? BSN and MSN are relatively paid the same as well. Instead, I was wondering if any nurse might know if I can go from my ADN, take 2 years of pre-med courses and maybe get accepted into Medical school? |
