What should i do?

Can I transfer from Pratical nurse to a ADN, or should i just take Lpn course ,or go head in take adn which one will be best?

Depends, on your circumstances. An ADN is more expensive and takes longer.

You can transfer LPN to ADN if your school has an LPN articulation program, I am in the LPN program rite now and will be done this summer, after we pass the board we go back next year to RN program which will takes us another year to finish ADN, ask around its really up to you which route to take.
